The Difference Grout Can Make in your Design

Although grout plays a major part in the maintenance and durability of your tile installation, it also can be a very important component in your design. Just by changing the color of the grout, you can change the look of your tile entirely. White tiles that use dark or contrasting colors, like black or gray inside the joints showcase the size, shape and style of the tile making it really pop on your wall or floor, while using white on white almost makes the seams disappear. Choosing a grout color that matches other colors within the tile will bring that color more to the surface. Check out Merola's Pinterest Board, it does a great job of showing you 5 different tiles, with several grout color options. The next time you're choosing a grout color, maybe you should consider what role it could play in the overall design. Milford Ceramic Tile currently stocks over 30 colors of unsanded and sanded grout, drop in or pay us a visit online at www.milfordceramictile.com.
